 1. Maintain Proper Posture:
    Stand with Shoulders over Hips over Knees
    Sit with 90° angles at Hips, Knees, Ankles

 2. Place Towel Roll or Pillow to Support:
     Behind Low Back while Sitting
     Under Knees while lying on your Back
     Between your Knees while Sidelying
